Upsyte Hubs
Hub packages & inquiries
Packages are the offers people can ask about on your hub, for example The Restaurant Launch: 7 creators, 7 posts, 1 week. Visitors tap Get a quote, and the request lands in your Leads.
Add a package
- Open the hub, choose Analytics, then the Packages tab.
- Choose Add package.
- Enter a Title. Add what is included in the description, for example 7 creators · 7 posts · 1 week.
- Optional: enter a Price, as free text such as Starting at $500. Leave it empty to hide the price.
- Choose Offered by: This hub (the default), one of your own Upsytes, or an approved member.
- Turn on Published (visible on the hub) when it is ready. Leave it off to keep the package as a Draft.
- Choose Save.
Manage packages
- Each row shows the price, the seller, and a Draft or Published badge.
- Publish and Unpublish switch a package on or off the hub without deleting it.
- Edit opens the same form. The trash icon deletes the package.
- With no published packages, the hub says packages are coming soon and visitors can still send a general inquiry.
Who is the seller?
Hub → Package → Seller. The seller is the Upsyte that does the work. When the hub sells it, the card shows no seller line. When a member or your own Upsyte sells it, the card shows Offered by and their name, linked to their Upsyte while it is live. If the seller’s Upsyte is later deleted, the package keeps their name without a link.
How inquiries work
- A visitor taps Get a quote on a package, or the hub’s contact button.
- The inquiry form opens. Get a quote picks that package, or the visitor can choose No specific package.
- They add what they would like to do together, a budget, their name, and a phone or WhatsApp number. Business name is optional.
- The request appears in Analytics → Leads, tagged as a hub inquiry, with the package and seller. You also get the usual new lead email.
