Accounts and User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the information you provide, the activity on your account, and keeping your login credentials secure.
You agree to use Cizeex lawfully, respectfully, and without attempting to disrupt, misuse, reverse engineer, overload, or harm the platform or other users.
User Content
You retain ownership of content you create or upload, including Upsyte content, listings, articles, images, prompts, profile details, links, and other materials.
By submitting content to Cizeex, you grant Cizeex a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, display, process, adapt, and distribute that content as needed to provide and improve the services.
You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate laws, third-party rights, privacy rights, intellectual property rights, or platform policies.
AI-Generated Content and Creator Support
Cizeex may provide AI tools, prompt support, content suggestions, image generation, summaries, business guidance, and other automated or assisted outputs.
AI-generated or AI-assisted content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific situation. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving content before publishing or relying on it.
Cizeex creator support is intended to help improve your prompts, presentation, content, and business visibility. It is not legal, financial, medical, tax, or professional advice.
Listings, Articles, Jobs, and Public Information
Listings, articles, job-related information, market content, and user-submitted materials may come from users, third-party sources, public data, or automated tools.
Cizeex does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, quality, legality, or results of any listing, article, job opportunity, business claim, or third-party content.
You should independently verify important information before making business, employment, financial, or personal decisions.
Subscriptions, Billing, Cancellations, and Refunds
Some Cizeex features require a paid subscription or plan. Fees, limits, and included features may vary by plan and may change over time.
Payments are processed through Stripe or another payment provider. By subscribing, you agree to the applicable payment provider terms.
