Upsyte Hubs
Adding hub members
Members are the cards in the hub’s Members section. Each card opens that member’s page. Members you add appear on the hub right away. Join requests wait for your approval.
Open the Members tab
Open the hub, choose Analytics, then the Members tab. Everything below happens there.
Add an Upsyte
- Under Add an Upsyte, type at least two characters of a name or @handle. Only public Upsytes show up.
- Optional: type a Label on this hub, for example food creator. The label shows under the member’s name on the card.
- Choose Add next to the right Upsyte. Your own Upsytes are marked Your Upsyte, so you can add yourself too.
- The member appears under On the hub straight away. An Upsyte that is already a member shows Member, and one that has asked to join shows Requested.
Add someone who is not on Upsyte
- Choose + Add someone who is not on Upsyte.
- Enter their Name. Niche, their page (Instagram, TikTok, or a website), and a photo URL are optional.
- Choose Add member.
- Their card shows on the hub with View page, when you added a link, and Claim your page. Claim your page lets them sign in and request to join with their own Upsyte.
Approve join requests
- A visitor opens the published hub and chooses Join this hub. If they are signed out, they sign in first.
- They choose which of their Upsytes to list and tap Request to join. They can also choose Create a new Upsyte to join with.
- In Analytics → Members, Join requests shows a count. Choose Approve to put the member on the hub, or Reject to decline.
- A rejected request can be sent again later with Request again.
Label or remove a member
- Under On the hub, tap the label next to a member, or Add label, to change it. Choose Save.
- Tap the trash icon to remove a member from the hub. Their own Upsyte is not touched.
- If that member is the seller on packages, Upsyte asks first. Reassign to this hub makes the hub the seller. Keep as seller leaves their name on those packages until you edit them.
What visitors see
- Portrait cards with the photo, name, label or niche, and a short bio from the member’s Upsyte.
- View page opens the member’s Upsyte, or the link you added for someone not on Upsyte.
- Once a hub has more than 12 members, a search box appears above the cards.
- At the bottom, Join this hub lets more people ask to join.
