What the plans are

Open Pricing for the full, current feature list for each plan. Some features and usage limits are enforced directly in the app and may vary by plan. Higher-tier plans include expanded access to AI video, AI-generated images, Upsyte AI page builds, and additional Highlights collections. The contact form and calendar links are available directly from the editor and are not a separate paid booking product, as described in What is Upsyte?

Start or change a plan

1. The pricing page buttons open registration. Starter does not start a paid checkout. A paid plan opens the payment step.
2. A new paid plan finishes on Stripe Checkout.
3. When you already have a subscription, the payment step is Manage Your Subscription. The actions are Upgrade, Cancel, Pause, and Resume.
4. Upgrade changes the Stripe price to the plan you pick. That same action is how you move to a lower plan. A higher price is prorated. A lower price is not given a proration credit by this app.
5. Signed in, open /registration?mode=manage. That opens Manage Your Subscription, with Upgrade, Cancel, Pause, and Resume.

Cancel, pause, and a failed payment

• Cancel asks Stripe to delete the subscription, then opens the canceled page. The message says the change applies shortly. When Stripe reports the subscription deleted, Cizeex marks it inactive. This app does not describe a refund or a leftover paid period.
• Pause tells Stripe to stop collecting and mark invoices uncollectible. The paused page says you can resume. Resume clears that pause.
• A failed invoice marks the subscription inactive and past due.
• Paid allowances, including the extra Highlights collection and AI video, follow the active plan. When the subscription is not active, those checks use Starter.
