Jordyn Woods and Karl-Anthony Towns are officially married. On Saturday, August 15, 2026, the model, entrepreneur, and New York Knicks center exchanged vows in an outdoor black-tie ceremony overlooking the Pacific Ocean in Malibu, California. The celebration capped a remarkable stretch for the couple: Towns had helped the Knicks secure their first NBA championship in 53 years just two months earlier.
The guest list of roughly 250 people blended sports, Hollywood, and fashion. Reported attendees included Justin and Hailey Bieber, Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet, Jada Pinkett Smith with Willow and Jaden Smith, Michael B. Jordan, Ben Stiller and Christine Taylor, Teyana Taylor, Gayle King, and several of Towns’ Knicks teammates, among them Jalen Brunson, Josh Hart, and OG Anunoby. Celebrity wedding planner Mindy Weiss orchestrated the event.
Woods, 28, and Towns, 30, first connected through mutual friends in Los Angeles around 2017. Their relationship turned romantic in 2020 during the pandemic. Both have spoken about bonding over the loss of a parent. Woods’ father, John Woods, died of cancer in 2017. Towns’ mother, Jacqueline Cruz, died from COVID-19 complications in 2020.

Woods wore three custom looks by designer Danielle Frankel. For the ceremony she chose a strapless silk-wool ball gown with a draped bodice, full skirt, attached neck wrap, and hand-cut Chantilly and corded lace appliqués in varying shades of ivory, finished with a matching cathedral-length veil. Towns wore a classic black Ralph Lauren tuxedo. Woods personally arranged for the fabric of his jacket to complement her gown by delivering a silk swatch to the brand while he was focused on the NBA Finals.
Guests followed a strict black dress code that made the bride’s white gown stand out against the ocean backdrop and ivory florals. After the ceremony, attendees received custom “Married in 5” hoodies, a playful nod to the Knicks’ NBA Finals series win in five games, along with Fanatics favors and In-N-Out cups.

The wedding arrived at the end of an intense season for Towns and the Knicks. Woods became a familiar courtside presence throughout the playoffs and Finals. In a July interview with The New York Times, Towns described her as the first person he calls with news and the most meaningful person with whom to celebrate the championship while remembering his mother.
Gayle King, who attended the wedding, later shared on CBS Mornings that Towns was “grinning from ear to ear” as Woods approached the altar and told her she looked amazing.
The couple has not yet issued a formal public statement about the wedding itself. Details have come primarily from attendee posts, photographs obtained by outlets including Page Six, and the Vogue fitting video released shortly afterward.
